ADHD Skills Classes
As an ADHDer and a clinician who focuses most of my practice on working with ADHDers, I understand that the society in which we grew up didn’t always teach us the skills we needed to make the most of our wonderful neurodivergent brains. I offer education to help people with ADHD* gain skills alongside others who also live with ADHD.
The Adult ADHD class is a small group 12-week virtual class for those aged 18+. Each class addresses a different topic that's common to ADHDers, psychoeducation about how the ADHD brain works, skills & tips to help ADHDers adapt, and community with other ADHDers.
*ADHD rarely travels alone! For this reason, the class is inclusive of many other things that tend to exist with the ADHD brain, including (but not limited to) sensory issues, Autism, issues with anxiety, etc).

Anxiety & stress management
Time awareness & planning
Improving focus

School & work difficulties
…and uncovering your ADHD superpowers!
