ADHD is a mixed bag. Sometimes it poses a massive challenge that blocks everything. And sometimes, if you know how to access your strengths, it can be the spark that leads to your most creative solutions and greatest accomplishments. I use a balanced approach that guides us to understanding the complexity and uniqueness of you, accepting the pros & cons of the hand you’ve been dealt, and proceeding with the most effective path forward.
Therapy + Executive Function Work
In sessions, I blend ADHD-friendly therapy, psychoeducation, and executive function coaching to help you more effectively implement the tools you learn.
Like to have options?
I offer individual therapy, groups, and classes.
You can work one-on-one with me as your primary therapist or as an ADHD/executive function adjunct therapist (ask your primary therapist about this option). If you’d rather join one of my classes or groups, I offer those as well!
